Client Management
This guide covers everything you need to manage your clients: creating records, filling in details, editing, deleting, and viewing statistics.

1. Accessing the Clients Module
In the left sidebar, click on Clients to expand the section. You will see three sub-pages:
- Clients — the main list of all your clients
- Positions clients — map view of client GPS locations
- Statistiques clients — aggregate performance stats per client

The main clients table shows the following columns:

| Solde | Current account balance — green if positive, red if in debit |
| Accès application de commande | Whether the client has ordering app access (toggle) |

Filters: Use the filter bar at the top to search by Code, Nom, Téléphone, Catégorie, Type, Classe Client, Livreur, Secteurs, or Dépôt.
Total Solde: The cumulative balance across all clients is shown at the bottom of the table.
2. Creating a Client
- Click the + Ajouter button in the top-left of the Clients list.
- Fill in all required fields in the form (see Client Form Fields).
- Click Enregistrer at the bottom to save.
3. Client Form Fields
The create (and edit) form is split into five sections:

Section 1 — Information personnelle

| Nom | Yes | Full name of the client or business |
| Code | No | A unique internal reference code |
| Téléphone | Yes | Primary phone number |
| 2ème Téléphone | No | Secondary phone number |
| Code Bare | No | Barcode associated with the client |
| Solde | No | Opening balance. Use the Debit / Solde toggle to set its direction — Debit (red) means the client owes you; Solde means you owe the client. |
Section 2 — Classification
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Catégorie | Broad grouping (e.g. Gros, Détaille, Grand surface). Click + to create a new category on the spot. |
| Type | Business type (e.g. Superette, Café, Alimentation). Click + to add a new type. |
| Classe Client | Client class for further segmentation. Click + to add a new class. |
Section 3 — Adresse

| Region | Select the client's region/province |
| Ville | Select the city — enabled only after a Region is chosen |
| Commune | Select the district — enabled only after a Ville is chosen |
| Adresse | Free-text street address |
| Latitude / Longitude | GPS coordinates for map display |
Section 4 — Secteurs
Assign the client to one or more sales sectors. Multiple sectors can be selected. This links the client to the relevant delivery routes and sales reps.
Section 5 — Information fiscale (for invoiced clients)

Once all fields are filled, click Enregistrer at the bottom-right to save the client.
4. Editing a Client

From the List
- Find the client in the Clients table.
- Click the pencil icon ✏️ in the Actions column.
- Modify the desired fields — the form is identical to the creation form, but pre-filled with existing data.
- Click Enregistrer to save your changes.
From the Detail Page
- Open the client's detail page by clicking their name in the list.
- Click the Modifier button next to their name.
- Update the fields and click Enregistrer.
5. Deleting a Client

⚠️ Caution: Deleting a client removes them from the active list. The record may be archived (recoverable) depending on your account settings.
- In the Clients table, find the client row.
- Click the red trash icon 🗑️ in the Actions column.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Restoring an Archived Client
- In the Clients list, activate the Archive filter using the filter toggle.
- Find the archived client in the table.
- Click Restore from their action menu.
6. Viewing Client Details
Click a client's name (shown as a blue link) anywhere in the list to open their detail page.

The detail page is divided into the following panels:
Profile Card (top)
Displays the client's name, role (Client), phone numbers, and quick action buttons:
- Modifier — opens the edit form
- Statistiques — opens client statistics
- Plus d'actions — additional actions such as viewing linked invoices, operations, or payments
- + Nouvelle Livraison — starts a new delivery for this client directly
Solde (Balance)
Shows the current account balance in large text:
- Black = positive balance (credit)
- Red = negative balance (client owes you)
Information Panel
Displays:
- Catégorie — assigned category
- Secteur — assigned sales sector(s)
- Adresse — street address
Position Client (Map)
If GPS coordinates are set, an interactive map shows the client's physical location. If none are configured, a "Client Sans Position" placeholder is shown.
Dernière Opérations (Last Operations)
A list of the most recent transactions (Livraison, Versement, Retour, Commande) with date and amount. Click VOIR TOUT to view the full history.
7. Client Statistics
Navigate to Clients → Statistiques clients from the sidebar.

Statistics Table
Each row represents one client and shows aggregated data across the selected date range:

| Versement Total | Total payments received from this client |
| Livraisons | Total value of deliveries to this client |
| Bénéfice | Total profit generated by this client |
| Quantités totales livrées | Total quantity of products delivered |
Filters Available
- Nom — search by client name
- Client — select a specific client
- Catégorie — filter by client category
- Livreur — filter by assigned delivery agent
- Dépôt — filter by depot
- Date opération — date range picker to scope all stats to a specific period
Tip: Use the date picker to compare performance across different periods (e.g. last month vs. this month).
Sorting
Click any column header to sort the table ascending or descending. This lets you quickly rank your top clients by deliveries, profit, or balance.
Export
Click the Exporter button to download the statistics table as a CSV/Excel file for reporting.
8. Importing & Exporting Clients
Export
- From the Clients list, click the Exporter button in the toolbar.
- The system generates and downloads a file (CSV/Excel) containing all currently visible client data, including all filtered results.
Import
- Click the Importer button in the Clients list toolbar.
- Select and upload your formatted file.
- The system processes the file and adds or updates clients accordingly.
Contact your administrator for the correct import file template and column format.
9. Bulk Actions
The clients list supports bulk actions — select multiple clients using the checkboxes, then click the Actions button that appears to perform an operation on all selected clients at once.
Available Bulk Actions

| Assign Category | Assign a category to all selected clients |
| Assign Location | Set region, city, and/or district for all selected clients |
| Enable Client Order App | Enable mobile order app access for selected clients |
| Disable Client Order App | Disable mobile order app access for selected clients |
| Delete Selected | Permanently delete all selected clients (subject to permissions) |
How to Use Bulk Actions
- Select clients: Check the box next to each client you want to include. You can also use the checkbox in the table header to select/deselect all.
- Open the Actions menu: An Actions button appears above the table once at least one client is selected.
- Choose an action: Click the button and select the desired action from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm: Depending on the action, a dialog will appear for you to configure and confirm the operation.
