Settings
The Settings page lets you configure how Distritour behaves for your company. It is made of two cards, each with its own Save button.
Stock and General Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable stock alerts | Turns on alerts when the stock of a product gets low |
| Minimal quantity | The quantity under which a stock alert is raised. Only available when stock alerts are enabled |
| Enable weighted average | Uses the weighted average to calculate product costs when stock is received |
| Enable last price for clients | Proposes the last price sold to a client when you create an operation for them |
| Enable distinct invoicing for zones | Uses a separate invoice numbering for each zone. Only shown when your account has zones and invoices enabled |
| Initial invoice number | The number from which the invoice numbering of the current year starts. Only shown when invoices are enabled |
| Undelivered orders notification | Notifies you when the number of non-delivered orders exceeds the value you enter (0 to disable) |
Client Order App Settings
These settings control what your clients see in the client order application.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Show products quantity | Displays the available quantity of each product |
| Show products with negative quantity | Keeps products with a negative stock visible in the app |
Save Your Changes
- Change the settings you need
- Click Save at the bottom of the card
- A confirmation message tells you the settings were updated
